The real problem

You may not need more leads. You may need to stop losing the ones you already have.

Revenue leaks before the phone rings, while it rings, and long after the first conversation. R.A.I. finds the gaps across the entire journey, then helps close them.

The right customers cannot find you

You are buried below competitors on Google, Maps, or the service pages that actually drive calls.

AI search skips your business

When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or another answer engine for a nearby provider, your business is not clearly understood or recommended.

Calls and inquiries go cold

Missed calls, after-hours inquiries, slow replies, and incomplete intake turn paid demand into lost work.

Quotes never become jobs

Estimates are sent, then forgotten. Customers who were interested receive no structured reason to come back.

Good work fails to become reputation

Happy customers leave without reviewing, referring, rebooking, or joining a maintenance plan.

Your team repeats the same work

Staff spend time chasing information, sending reminders, copying data, and checking systems that do not talk to each other.

Straight talk

You did not build a service business to become its full-time dispatcher, marketer, and follow-up department.

You built it to do excellent work, grow a strong company, and create more freedom. Instead, too much of your day is spent chasing quotes, answering the same questions, fixing handoffs, and wondering whether the marketing is actually paying off.

The receptionist

Every call answered, day or night, and booked.

The marketer

Found first on Google and in AI answers.

The reputation manager

Happy customers turned into steady 5-star reviews.

The follow-up rep

Every quote chased, no lead left to go cold.

The operations manager

Watches the whole business and flags where money leaks.

Five roles. One system. A fraction of a single salary.

A schedule filled with the right jobs

Every serious lead answered

Quotes followed up without chasing

More reviews and repeat customers

Growth without another admin hire

A business you can actually see and control

R.A.I. turns the gaps into a system.

One system, built around the money flow

R.A.I. connects growth, conversion, and operations.

What we find

The places where money quietly leaks out.

Search visibility

Where you show up, where you disappear, and which high-intent services or locations are not earning visibility.

AI visibility

Whether answer engines understand the business, its services, proof, locations, and reasons to recommend it.

Reputation gap

How review volume, recency, responses, ratings, and competitor proof affect trust and conversion.

Calls and lead response

What happens when the phone is missed, the office is busy, a form arrives, or a customer reaches out after hours.

Quotes and follow-up

Which estimates are aging, which opportunities receive no next step, and where structured follow-up could recover work.

Booking and retention

Where customers drop out, fail to rebook, miss maintenance cycles, or never become repeat business.

Operational friction

Where staff repeat work, manually move information, or compensate for systems that do not communicate.

The R.A.I. Growth Dashboard

See the return without living inside another platform.

The dashboard brings visibility, reputation, calls, conversion, follow-up, and operational priorities into one view. It is designed to answer the questions an owner actually has: What is working? What is leaking? What was recovered? What should we fix next?

Why your tools miss it

Your software sees its own task. R.A.I. sees the entire journey.

Your CRM

Sees booked jobs. It may not see the lead that never received a reply.

Your phone system

Sees calls. It may not know whether the caller was qualified, booked, lost, or worth following up.

Your booking software

Sees appointments. It may not see the after-hours request or quote that never became one.

Your review tool

Sees review requests. It may not connect reputation gaps to search visibility and booking decisions.

Your SEO software

Sees rankings and traffic. It may not see whether those visitors became calls, quotes, and revenue.

Your automation tools

Can trigger tasks. They do not decide which business problem deserves to be automated first.

R.A.I. connects the gaps between the systems, and manages the work that falls between them.

Humans stay in control

Automate the repetition. Keep people in the moments that matter.

R.A.I. is not designed to trap customers in robotic conversations or remove your team from the relationship. It handles repetitive, time-sensitive, and trackable steps while routing sensitive, urgent, complex, or high-value situations to a person.

Principles
  • Customers can reach a human
  • Staff can take over at any time
  • Urgent and high-value opportunities can be escalated
  • Complaints and sensitive issues follow defined rules
  • Messages reflect the business's voice
  • Automation pauses when a person steps in
  • The owner controls what is and is not automated
Built around how your business actually runs

The system changes by industry. The goal does not.

HVAC, plumbing & electrical

Recover missed and after-hours calls, route urgent requests, follow up on estimates, support maintenance plans, and reactivate seasonal demand.

Roofing, restoration & landscaping

Improve local visibility, answer high-value inquiries faster, nurture longer sales cycles, follow up on estimates, and keep projects moving.

Cleaning companies

Convert more quotes, move one-time clients into recurring service, automate reminders, request reviews, reactivate past customers, and reduce office work.

Salons & med spas

Protect appointment inventory, reduce no-shows, fill cancellations, improve rebooking, reactivate overdue clients, and manage follow-up without making the experience feel impersonal.

Pricing

Start with the assessment. Build only what earns a return.

For less than a fraction of one hire, the whole back office runs itself.

Every business starts with the same diagnostic. After that, the recommendation is based on the leaks, the available data, the existing tools, and the expected value.

Our story

It started by fixing the gaps inside my own family's service business.

My husband runs a family commercial cleaning company. The work was strong, but I kept watching jobs, time, and money disappear into gaps nobody was responsible for: leads that were not followed up, customers who were never asked to return, reviews that never happened, and operational work that lived in someone's memory.

So I started closing the gaps. I connected the lead flow, follow-up, reviews, customer communication, and day-to-day operations into a system that the business could actually run on.

In the first months, the business improved its margins by 70% and its profit by 230%. Same company. Same core service. Far less falling through the cracks.

That was the origin of R.A.I.: not AI for the sake of AI, but a measurable return from making the whole business work together.

Questions owners actually ask

The honest answers.

No. It is a paid working session and teardown. You receive a prioritized diagnosis, a revenue-at-risk view, a 90-day roadmap, and appropriate quick fixes completed during the process. Any implementation recommendation comes after the findings.

Because buying tools before identifying the real leak is how businesses end up with an expensive stack that still does not solve the problem. The assessment determines where the highest-value opportunity is and what should be fixed first.

If it does not surface specific, recoverable value worth more than the $999 fee, the assessment is refunded.

No. The goal is to remove repetitive work, improve response times, and help the current team handle more volume. Humans remain involved in urgent, sensitive, complex, and high-value situations.

The approach depends on the workflow. Communication should be transparent where appropriate, and customers should have a clear route to a person. R.A.I. does not recommend pretending that a fully automated interaction is human.

Usually not. R.A.I. first looks for ways to improve and connect the tools already in place. A replacement is recommended only when the current system creates a material limitation.

Common workflows include missed-call response, lead qualification, estimate follow-up, booking reminders, review requests, referral prompts, customer reactivation, maintenance reminders, staff alerts, CRM updates, reporting, and repetitive internal handoffs.

Sensitive complaints, unusual pricing decisions, complex technical advice, safety-critical situations, and conversations where judgment or empathy is essential should follow a defined human escalation path.

Simple workflows can be implemented faster than multi-system operational builds. Timing depends on the tools, data access, workflow complexity, approvals, testing, and call or message volume.

The relevant metrics are agreed before implementation and can include response time, recovered calls, booked appointments, estimate conversion, review volume, customer reactivation, time saved, and attributed revenue.

Not necessarily. Third-party software, phone, messaging, AI, and usage costs should be disclosed separately based on the selected system.

Yes. In many cases, the smartest approach is to fix one measurable leak first and expand only after the result is visible.

Stop guessing

Know exactly what is costing you jobs, and what to fix first.

Book the $999 Growth Assessment. Worst case, the assessment does not uncover enough recoverable value and you receive the fee back. Best case, you stop wasting money on the wrong tools, recover work that is already trying to reach you, and get more of your time back.
